Edoardo Tolva
I recently obtained my PhD in economics from the University of Warwick. In the Fall of 2025, I will join the School of Economics and Management (ISEG) at the University of Lisbon as an invited Assistant Professor of Economics.
My research interests focus on International Trade, Environmental Economics, and Urban Economics. In particular, I am interested in studying how transportation shapes economic activity across countries.
I am currently an external consultant for the Asian Development Bank. I have been an academic visitor at the Bank of England from September 2022 to July 2024. I have also been a research assistant at the Centre for Economic Performance (CEP) at LSE from September 2020 to May 2023.
